Newsletter - cost per email address

At the moment I have a forum with 200 members. I am considering starting a newsletter to send to these members and am thinking about attracting sponsorship.
I was wondering if anyone can advise me on the standard cost per email address that I would charge

What format does your forum use?
With 200 posters, sorry, but you will not attract sponsorship, you may have to rely on ads until you reach about 500 posts per day. But good luck

Wow, that's sounds like an awful lot of members to get 500 posts a day.
I was thinking more along the lines of getting around 500-1000 members to try and get sponsorship for a twice monthly newsletter.

I use the snitz ASP based forum.
