Chris, I said get keywords, yes - but only use them twice. You have 'web design' every where and not in meta keywords but in meta description. Wrong place.

Hi Brian - in order to give a decent report there is something more fundamental to be dealt with first - You have loads of pages. But they are all listed as 'category' use HTML on each page so that it reads as a URL - Take a look around mine at Right to Buy from Council Tenants Advice Bureau (UK) Ltd and see each page has a different keyword

xenu's link sleuth is fantastic, its a great way to manage not only links but other pages you might be sharing with other marketing gurus....I have done this in the past with lots of great success.

but doing just that will not make your site more profitable, there is lots of vague skeptisism out there. You have to capture a market the right way, i have found that no matter what you niche the people what you to make them take notice like the "deer in the headlight" approach. You gotta capsulate them in from the start. Thats the easy way to run businesses from the start. It multifaced but there are lots of way you can succeed online and offline....the first comes from learning and finding a mentor....or someone that you can model yourself after.

I run CRM, eCRM, SFA, HelpDesk, LiveChat, Hosting /Customisation /Consulting /Training /Implementation, Airport Transfer, Car Rentals, Mumbai / Pune / Goa Airports, Travel / Tour Agency - India and World Class Web* Hosting, Email and Domain Registration Service Provider in India To some extent I have been successful in generating around 150 unique visitors per day to all these three sites put together, mainly through natural seach engine optimisation techniques.

Our challange is how to take it to around 500 unique visitors per day.

Any suggestions / feedback? Thanks in advance.

I only do one site and you have no meta keywords on the first site - my software will simply say - load meta keywords -call me old fashioned but I personally still believe they are relevant

Our site is way up there in google, even #1 with one of our keywords. But, not as good in Yahoo. We also get an average of 110 unique visitors a day which I think is pretty good for such a niche product. My two main concerns are turning more customers into clients and better rankings in yahoo. Please let me know your thoughts on our site Poochie Pants - Male & Female Dog Diapers, Incontinence, Marking, Hiking, Females In Season Don't be scared-it's dog related.

i was discussing page rank dropping in another section of the forum with you and someone suggested I start another thread, but found this one instead. As you may know my site PR went from 3 to 1 over the weekend and trying to get it back up. I used the sitereportcard website you mentioned and i rank 8/10 in every area except load time. So again my question to you is will my sites PR go back up? and what techniques do you suggest?

It is a lovely site and the SEO on the homepage is fine. BUT - you are not linking each page -your homepage is fine - good quality authoritive Directories -Excellent - but lets take just one picture 'The Chair' -Now supposing someone sees that picture in a magazine - and say's 'I must have that'

They will search the Net for the picture name and the artist/photographer - and that is what you have to do in the page HTML Code - not Stock Number 5678 and then link it - 20 would be plenty using the same ones as your home page as they will create natural links to you.

No real need for a SEO report - the boy's done good!! Now the hard work Linking pages.

You can use ISAPI Rewrite for renaming the URL's.

Biggest problem on the Windows server is case of the text. For example... yoursite.com/Category and yoursite.com/category will take you to exactly the same page on a Windows server but the SE's will treat them a distinct and different URL's which can cause you problems. Be consistant with the case of the text in your URL's.
