Traffic: www.handytraffic.com any good? Experiences?

this seems to be a little bit of a different concept for traffic. They are saying they send targetted visitors from domains they bought.

Does anyone know more about this, an example? Any experiences with the service?

Or suggestions for similar programs that have proven to work?

I did a test with them (for webmaster traffic )and they did not seem to perform any better for me than any of the other low cost traffic services I have tried. That was a couple months ago and I had high hopes that they were different. Maybe they have changed or improved. For the price it's worth a try.
