Default Cool product

I like it. More money than I have to spend, but it is a very interesting idea. I think its a good candidate for a press release, if you haven't already done that. I've used PRWeb http://www.prweb.com/. You can send out a free one, but if you make a donation, it is more likely to get picked up by more sites for distribution. Can't hurt.

I like the way you can visualize your site visitors movements. Some suggestions: Some of your links at the top aren't working - although you may know that. There's a typo though on your annual pricing..... You may want to fix that. The monthly rate and the "Lite" plan both seem reasonable....even trying it for a month would give a "webmaster" a good idea of how the visitors scan their pages...I'll keep you in mind...Good luck with your business!

Without going into a whole bunch of market analysis I believe that it's a good tool with a mass market potential with a large turnover of customers. e.g. customers would use it for a short while, gather information and then stop using it. If that's correct consider the following:-
  • I would certainly take the PRweb route.
    Revisit the pricing strategy.
IMO your cost has probably knocked out 80% of your potential market at least.
Free short term Trial period. Long enough for people to see how it works but not long enough to gather enough information for analysis.

Default That's way less...

That's way less than what we currently spend for web analytics. My problem with this type of service is this: can I see some trend, or do I need to look at every single visitor to get an idea what people are doing? Without trending, there is no way I could ever view a significant amount of visits to understand what's going on in the slightest. Even just looking at the visitors that make a purchase would take me more than all day, so I'd never have a chance to make any changes based upon what I'm seeing.

I think you're way past too much data and into the obscene amounts of data. Too much can be more of a problem than too little.

Brian.
