Whats a reasonable rate for box/banner adverts? - help

Hi all, long time no see. Had the nose to the workwheel. We have been approached to put some ads on our site and on a new site (Special Travel) we have just about finished - its still in progress.

Its up, but Im adding content, making it pretty etc.
But - Im stumped - what is a reasonable rate for an ad spot on the site/s say a box ad or a banner or some kind of "feature advert-pic-words etc".
We are entering new ground for us :)
Both are low hits but good targeted audience.
Any advice welcome

Ummm - sorry - forgot to mention - the request is from a travel supplier related site and not the usual "pills or "gambling" stuff. They are new but OK. Our PR is somewhere between 3 - 4 varies, but I tend to focus on my clients :) Links & exposure of our site/s growing ok (IMHO) for what we are.
Some ballpark ideas would be great.
