Dear Carolina,

I would be happy to exchange links but would prefer not to link from a JavaScript page (not good for assisting search engine rankings). If you were to make the destination page a normal web page the I would be happy to exchange.

Incidentally, I have 4 web sites:

If you go to google.com and type in cheap disney holidays you will see that I occupy the first 6 search places.

Would be happy to exchange links. I am unsure as to the relevance or meaning of typing in PanTravels in Google. If you meant, that you are first out of 897 possible links then I understand. If so, if you do the same on Google but with 'cheap disney holidays' you will see I occupy the first 6 spots out of 83,200 possible links. (The three sites featured in these spots are all mine - I have yet to work on optimisation for fourth site!)

Hi, I have just set up a link page to increase our PR rating and backlinks.

Currently PR5 site I am looking for travel related websites to Reciprocate links. Unfortunately, I only want to link to websites with a PR03 or higher, and the sites must cover a wide range of services not just accommodation.

djb, I thought it was quite comical the email address you have with the words NOSPAM and you disclose it on a forum...

I'd suggest getting people to use PM's OR have a email address for forums.

Forums are the worse kind of place for retrieving email addresses to send spam.

Sorry my final thread I promise!

Alan - nice sites! One thing to remember when getting sites to link to your and visa versa is download the Google toolbar and look at the PR rating of the site.

Any sites with a PR0 don't bother listing to them, if they look a new site it might be worth the effort but if the site looks like its been around for a while I wouldnt waste your time.

You mention about your position in Google on specific keywords - our site is listed 1st page for 'villas near walt disney world' and to be honest the keywords are not as popular as you would think!

Look at keywords like Florida villa or cheap florida villa - these work ALOT better!

If you need any advice on search engines, especially Google let me know - I'm not a SEO but I've been through 2 years of experience.. it's a learning process and some changes can be made to your site to keep people there!

www.coloradolinks.net has good ratings in both Google (6), and Alexa (less than 100,000). I will be happy to exchange links with anybody.

For non-Colorado websites, I have a special section to exchange links called Favorite Links. Here's the page:

I will be dividing this page into several pages with each page containing similar pages.

Coloradolinks.net has over 18,000 links with over 1200 pages. I've done it all by myself, and would consider selling it to you.

I would like to exchange links with any of you that have the following criteria: (Don't mean to sound haughty...I just need certain kinds now)

1. Your links page is the same domain as your site.
2. Your links page has less than 50 links on it.
3. It's in simple html.
4. It is IN Google...page rank not that important, but no grey bars.
5. No porno or link farms.
