The answer is, I'm willing to suggest, no different than the one that applies to any business:
1. Clearly identify your target audience.
2. Create a website that's aimed at them rather than anyone else, the basis being WIIFT (What's In It For Them).
3. Create a PPC ad on the same lines.
And -- it ought to go without saying -- you need to structure the website and ad content in accordance with the AIDA formula (i.e You got a problem; We got the answer; Here's the argument for it; Buy it!).
In other words, marketing is marketing is marketing is .... and all you really have to do is become aware of its principles and then put them to work in relation to your given situation.
