So after Jan 1, if I get e-mails that don't meet the standards set by the new CANSPAM, is there someone/somewhere to report the violators??

The CANSPAM bill only dictates what's legal/illegal behaviour. I believe the onus is on YOU to report the abuse to your ISP or sign-up in an anti-spam registry. But I could be wrong...interested to hear other interpretations of what to do.

Happy Holidays!
