You got some real problems with the site design. Very Hard to Read with the Dark Background and Dark lettering. Some sites can get away with Dark Backgrounds, but the text really needs to be brighter. Also, when I clicked on, to the site, I got hit with a popup right off the bat. A no-no for most web sites, why start off irritating your customers?

For traffic? One word, links. Links can get you noticed. There are a ton of sites in your field that don't mind linking. Search engines are the prime methods of getting your site traffic and they require links. It takes time, but stick with it and eventually you will see your rise.

Default Thanks for your reply.

I think your right about my colors they look great on my monitor, but I am sure that they can be hard to read on others. I will work on lightening up the text or vice versa. Yea, the pop ups have to go. As for as the linking thing that you mentioned, how does that work. I am not familiar with this process, is it some script that allows people to ad links to my site?

Thanks for the help, I need all I can get.

On my monitor, I can't even read most of it.

Linking is not tough. To find link partners, there is a link forum in these forums to check on. Also, there are various services that set people up who want to link to others looking to link. I've got a couple listed at this page http://www.discount-leather.net/links/net.html

Essentially, you need to have a link from your home page to a directory of links. Check out most of the sites from people on this forum and you will see how it works. Some webmasters prefer to just link within their own catagory, i.e. for you it would be travel, while others will link to many different catagories. I am like this and I have a themed directory to usher people looking for other resources to go to. Keep your links to less than 100 per page, make sure you have a link that goes back to your home page from each page. Try to link to quality sites that do not have popups, etc. Beyond quality, make sure the sites are live and changing. Make sure the sites you have listed, link back to you. It is the links coming into your site from other sites that increase traffic and ratings.

Do not use FFA or Free for All Links. These do nothing for you, and you will get lots of spam as part of their linking requirement.
