Default Need some advice from all of you

Hi everyone - We are in a loop about what people think of when they see certain terms.

We have a desktop product called Broadc@st which is an email marketing software.

We also have three web applications that people sign up for and manage though the web. One is for
online tracking, one to check to see if your IP is on a black list and one allows you to collect email
addresses on your site. These applications have no software to download you simply sign up and get
a login and manage your information online.

Our navigation will have one tab to go to the Broadc@st software and one that will go to a page that describes the other applications.

We are clear that the navigation button to the Broadc@st software will read Products.
What we are unclear on is what the other Button should be. We have a button called Services at this
time.

One camp says that because these are not software products that you download to your machine
then "services" is the right term. The other camp says that "services" to them means something that
a company does or manages for a customer and because these applications are being managed by the
customer then this is not an appropriate term.

Questions: What do you think about when you hear the term Services? If Services is not the correct term - knowing a little bit about our applications - What would you suggest for a navigation button?

Love to hear from a lot of you so we can get a good feeling about what to call this.

Thanks!

Dear kfegarty,
Well--- My two cents worth is maybe "Resources" but its a long word not as compact.
But then again, Im also a little concerned about a service that helps folk that are concerned about being an a spam list - cos thats what they are doing or they wouldnt be checking :)
I may be wrong here - but the spam I get and is boring me silly. In a purely commercial way and in taking a perverse pleasure, I hope u make a lot of money from them :)
