DMOZ listed UK hotels and travel site trading links

Hi Everyone,
I am looking to exchange links with hotels and travel related websites only.

The site is listed in www.dmoz.org and the Google Directory.

UK sites especially welcome but I will trade with all travel related sites. I've only just started this campaign as I've been mega busy and just haven't had time before.

How many links do you intend to have on this page?

This is probably where you could advise me.
In YOUR opinion what do you reckon is a sensible number.

Looking at your site you obviously understand SEO and how to write copy, which is what I like... so I also presume you'll have an educated opinion on this.

I'm open to suggestions as it's quality I'm looking for, like your site, well written, not quantity.

No! I don't have a lot of original content on this site, yet. Don't get me wrong, but this is more like a testing site. This site is out of google since the last update. I hope not for a long. Yes top in SERPs in other SEs. I'm starting a new travel related website with profesional copywriting and not running any links exchange campaign. You have an outstanding on topic website, thats why it is in dmoz. If you want to develop link popularity first of all go here, go trough the whole list and then consider swaping links. [Cheers Ken!]
Exchanging links nowdays is somehow a risky business. I think there is nothing wrong with this but you have to be extremly carefull and to have in mind that this can hurt you more [with google] than do you any good. If you can provide content concentrate on this. Do you really need any links exchange?

If you want a link from me take an hour and write a travel article about your area and you'll get a clear, one on a page targeted link with good PR[I'm working hard on this]. I need content- you get a link.
