Conversion Rates

Hi all, I am new here, seems like a great place for information. I am trying to get an idea on conversion rates. Especially for Dental and Health care plans. We are starting a new Dental and Health plan company, and trying to get a rough idea on conversion rates. I realise it is a saturated market but our plan will have Dental and Health combined together. And customers can pay monthley instead of annualy, somewhere around $11.00-$14.00 Per month. Any ideas.
