Need To Increase My Convertion

I have a new web site for designing business cards online

i have great traffic but NO convertion, i'm looking for ideas what can be wrong in my website and looking for compnies who can incrase my roi

Hello! Just some observations:

1. I can't add my own image
2. I don't like all the layout options
3. When I clicked to see beauty pictures I got "Page not Found"
4. No custom colors
5. The preview shows the last part of my email address and url cut off

There are a number of really good things about the site. I like the free shipping, the easy card creation process, the clean look, etc. I wouldn't purchase for two main reasons. I would like custom colors and I would be nervous to pay for cards that might come with my URL cut off (continues off the page.)

-the free shipping is a wonderful idea! any website i see with "free shipping" automatically makes me peek around a little more.

-i like how you can preview your card, that's a very good little tool.

-i did NOT like the prices. they were kind of high. compared to what i see around my hometown.

-i did NOT like how it was sort-of confusing to look around your site.
