Placing ads in E-zines and newsletters

Hi, I consider placing an ad in some e-zines and newsletters. There are many who offer small advertising spots. Can you recommend me some good, popular e-zine or newsletter, where to advertise a web design company? Perhaps a list of small business owners or advertising agencies?

Hi Noga. I advertise our web site design company. Our target audience is business owners, who need web site creation, or upgrade. Also, we focus on web developers, advertising agencies and business parties, who would be interested in outsourcing to us.
