Frustrated with Goldmine

I have been told that I am sitting on a gold mine by physicians who recognize the discovery I have made in the treatment of back pain and neck pain. It is a 20 billion dollar per year market, the most frequent reason why people go to physicians next to the common cold, yet I can't seem to scratch the surface on getting the information out to prospective users of the technique. I am interested in finding someone who thinks they can make money with the site, I don't mind someone else sharing in the profits, but I have been cheated so frequently by pay up front scams that I am skeptical about paying for promises rather than results. Someone with some savvy could make a lot of money. I feel what I need is some media coverage or clever campaign to initiate an ongoing interest in my ability to alleviate most of the back pain in most of the people. My method can routinely alleviate back pain & neck pain and restore the range of motion in people who can't get the relief through the current medical, surgical, or chiropractic methods. I have spent thousands of dollars on Google and would have spent it on Overture; however, their minimum $0.10 per click through policy is too expensive (it should have no lower limit--the market should decide that). The results have been that I am spending more on advertising than I receive in revenue. So, I'm interested in ideas. If I can see successful results, someone can make a lot of money off of me.
