Window Positiions

Has anyone had any experience with a company called Window Positions. I got a call today from a guy selling search terms starting at $399 a year. They apparently have 16 million subscribers who install a tool bar type of add on to Explorer. After being installed when you type a keyword phrase in google and it is one they have sold, a framed window about 3" tall appears above the google search results with you web page in it if you purchased the term.

Anyone have any experience with these guys?
