Only U.S. web sites targeted to the general public please. For those who place our linking code on pages with a PR of 6 or more and on a very visible spot will have their link rotate through our entire website at the top of every page including our homepage, index pages and over 10,000 content pages.

From the moment you hit "submit", your site is added to the DB and you can see it from the directory. I've added around 20 sites myself and never seen that happen, but maybe there's a delay on the server I'm not aware of! Still, that reply you saw is temporary as new sites added will not get listed until their information is reviewed first.

It can be listed even if it's being hosted in the moon as long as it's a site in english or spanish targeted to the general public offering common services of interest to the U.S.! ;-)

I've been thinking about adding a co-branded affiliate program so everybody can add a classifieds section to their site, keep their visitors and make some money. Would anyone be interested?

I've made some drastic changes to the site over the week to match Linketeria, my other site. The new url to the website directory is:
www.allusads.com/sites.htm

Sites listed in both directories (linketeria & allusads) that send traffic to Allusads get higher placement & exposure in Linketeria.com.
