Why do these Toolbar sites ask for the earth to buy toolbars &/or software... Just curious!

I'm looking to get a Toolbar for my site... Even then, if people stop using I.E, it's not worth getting one is it.......

I didn't look, but I'm sure that the good people of Total Toolbar don't just design for IE.
