Looking for CPA advertising venues

Increasingly we are finding that our traditional advertising venues (Overture, Google, ezine ads etc) to drive traffic/unique clicks are not producing the results we need.

We are moving more and more to CPA (Cost per Action) venues where we can pay only for the actions that we require, which in our case is a download of our trial software.

Value Click and Web Clients are networks that provide CPA opportunities. I would be interested in knowing others that will allow us to advertise on a CPA basis
