PR 4 link exchange - only one link on each page

I have about 20, PR4 pages with only 4 internal HTML links, and no external links at all. These pages have very little text on them.

I would be willing to add a link to your site, as well as appropriate text to make the page relevant to your theme.

A link exchange would have to be quid pro quo, and would be to a third site. That way there is no apparent relationship between any of the 3 sites.

I have always thought that this is a more natural way of linking re: Google's view that "Page Rank is a vote" - I am interested. And have a selection of PR4 sites available. What is the url of your site? PM or email me if you prefer.
