LINK TRACKER INFO NEEDED

I have my webmaster add complementary links to my website. Then I contact the other webmasters for a reciprocal link. Some respond and put my link on their website. Most do not respond and I have to contact them again. Those who do not respond and do not add my site have to be deleted by my webmaster.

Then I have to check every few weeks to make sure that my site is still listed. A lot of tedious and time-consuming work! Does anyone know of software (other than Webposition Gold) that can be used to track links that actually works? I have tried some free link tracking programs that are not at all accurate.
