Default adding links question

I am adding links to my web site and have a question?
I am a artist that is offering a line of awards to at least 3 different groups of customers.I have a overview of products on the home page.I have a page for clay shooting clubs, a page for turkey hunters, and a page for fishing clubs. Each group may have a couple thousand links I could add.Should the links all be on one page?
or should I put the links that are related to that group on that page? So that all fishing links are that page, all hunting links are on the hunting page and the clay target shooters would have there links all together.I like the way zeus sets up there page so that the link tradeing partners are at the top and have a little copy about the site and the out bound links are on the bottom with just the link.
I look forward to any advice.
