You not only have no pagerank, but it's grey. This usually means Google has banned you. Do you know what's up with that?

The main index page has PR4 and the /directory/ has PR3.... Furthermore, I always submit my site (habbit) with "www.", so pointing to my domain without this results with no page-rank...

That might because you tried adding to a parent category (which I restricted access to)...
I will change this though.

You might want to try developing a SEO friendly directory, this will boost your own site PR greatly. And the inner directory pages will get spidered faster, or at all.

so instead of:
dir.php?t=cat&s=sub&p=page&ss=thissite
You have:
dir/cat/sub/page/thissite.php
