I took a look at your site and looks great...

As far as getting traffic, there are tons of different ways to attract visitors.

I would definitely work on getting link partners. Find the most important keywords that describe your site and then enter them into the search engines. Study the top sites for each keyword. See who they link to and contact these sites for a link...

If you work steadily on building your link directory, you can develop a large and steady amount of traffic for your site...

Also, read a lot of the past posts in this section, they provide an incredible resource...
