Hi- looking for links with other SEO sites for my SEO blog

Currently PR4 but am ranked in the top 70 sites on Google for "SEO" and on the first page for "SEO" on Google.co.in

Hi,
I am ready to exchange link with you, but where you will place my link as there is no any resource page on your blog.
Will you create a new page? In that case the page will take time to crawl. I don't bother for PR as most of the real seo resource pages bear no PR in start but if we continue to build links the PR comes automatically.
