Multiple sites PR 3 to 5 link exchange

We are looking to build the PR for two websites in the U.K Financial services area: Life Assurance UK and Cosmic Remortgage we have several sites in the internet / it area that we are willing to link from. For example your site links to cosmic assurance our site CGI Scripts and perl scripts from CosmicPerl.com links to you. That way we both get one way links

Please let me know if you are interested we are looking for sites PR 3 and above. If you have PR6 we will consider 2 or 3 PR 4/5 links for one PR6.
