I'm looking for the website with high traffic(PR no metter, traffic must be more then 9 000 UV per day, shopping or computer related) for site wide banner or text link exchange !

3 way links? Is it not a problem? I think you should look for the sites that suits your topic. I'm not sure of the legitimacy of the 3 way links.
