Default linking your own sites

I have a new one page site (static html). It is a description with photos etc. of a home I have for sale in Gatlinburg, TN. It has been remodeled and redecorated. My question is if I do reciprocal links to my 3 well established and well positioned wallpaper web sites with this new site (sense decorating is a tie) could it hurt the wallpaper sites?

you just have to use nofollow tags, otherwise your wallpaper webistes might loose their ability to pass page rank.

I'm not sure what Khurram means about losing their ability to pass PageRank, but cross-linking sites with no common theme is always verging on the risky side unless done in a certain way... especially when you own them both

Out of interest, what are your reasons for wanting to cross-link?

To help the one page site get noticed by Google.

Linking from unrelated sites that are owned by you isn't going to help. Off-topic links won't be very helpful anyway, and Google will see that you own both. It could do you more harm than good - especially if they look like sponsored links.

Why not do things the tried and tested way and build quality content on the page and gather backlinks from relevant sites?

Google just came out with a PR update focusing on websites that sell links.

it seems that the juice is running out
