Looking to purchase some links for Medical Beauty Spa , can anyone recomend a good broker or a site where I can purchases them?

Not so sure you'd want to buy links now. Google just changed their algorithms to lower pagerank for any site that sells links. This in turn would lessen the value they have for your site. Matt Cutts, who hints at Google updates, seems to think sites that buy links will be the next hit. Stay tuned.

Look to Norway, there everything is about bought links and BannerAds. Most important sites there (especailly online News Papers and Magazines) are comparable to a badly decorated Christmas tree.

If you take my advice. Buy links in outstanding (the most popular) portals / directories (e.g. Niche portals) in the geographical region of your target audience.

If selling links can hurt your pagerank, then it becomes less useful to purchase them. Matt Cutts has vowed that the next algorithm change will affect sites that purchase links.

Constantly updated relevant content and natural backlinks will always trump purchased links. Google's reputation depends on it.

I wonder how google detects sold links?
They should not be in the sidebar, should not have words like sponsored, sponsor, ads etc
