Link trading for the sake of PR manipulation is considered, but a voice of Google (http://googlewebmastercentral.blogspot.com/) recently said that cross-linking of relevant sites is okay. If cross-linking relevant sites I control is acceptable then what about agreeing to ‘cross link’ with another webmaster of a relevant site?

For example, I have a couple of real estate sites in the Florida Keys. Should I trade links with other local Realtors? What about other Florida Realtors? What about other Realtors in the US? Mortgage bankers? Insurance sites?

I would be interested in trading links I have a Real Estate site in Scotland which I have just launched and am currently doing my back link building. I think both are relevant so i dont see any issue. I mean my site is a franchise of remax and they operate throughout the world linking all there sites.

I think as longs as they are relevant its ok.
