Hi, thanks for looking at my post. As you read, I'm looking for some links to help my PR. I really need help. Any and all leads, suggestions and/or links will be greatly appreciated!

I've already applied to many free directories but they only seem to have a PR0 as well. Therefore not to helpful.

Do I need to do some paid directory stuff? Will it help?

You are very welcome to submit your site to Indie Coffeehouse Arts Directory - it would fit right in. The directory focuses on indie artists, fashion, writers, musicians, bands....

Links are absolutely free & we have good traffic & PR5. There's a fashion category.

I have a number of arts-related sites, all PR4 or above, and have never paid for directory submissions; it's not really necessary. Just stick to high-quality free ones & you'll be all right.

Here's are some good ones; the lists are updated very often & all sites listed have good PR (PR3 - PR & are of good quality.
