You can submit you link for 4 directories with high pr and paid only $15.

How does it work?
Submit your link to PR6 web directory and pay $15
then you can submit it to another 3 web directories for free:
PR5 web directory
PR5 web directory and PR4 web directory

and I will confirm them.
