Best Free Link Exchange Software

Any idea as to which link exchange software script is the Best.

I mean Free, but not the ones that get hacked.

Security is important.

Web CEO has a good link exchange section where it compiles a list of recommended sites you should approach to exchange links with. You can also manage your link exchange correspondence according to Accepted, Rejected, Trash, etc.

This part of Web CEO is in Beta version at the moment and I know its on the paid version, but it might be on the free version as well.

I've been using this free link exchange script for almost a year now and am very pleased with it: http://www.cplinks.com/

Google picks up all the links on a regular basis and I now have a PR4 rating for my links exchange page.

I have the Small business version of WEBCEO so I am able to utilize the program with all its features.

The Program makes it easy to find link exchange partners and keeps track of the websites that link to your competition.

Overall it is a good program.

I am going to try CPlinks, I think it will fulfill my requirements.
