Do you guys have a favorite software you use to manage your links. I need one that is easy to follow and use. Keep it simple please.

I have only used the php link directory which does all that I need, use this with a site like linkmetro or linkmarket and your away

I have not tried reciprocal link manager, but currently use Arelis...it works well for me.
