webmasters-related links needed

I would like to invite webmaster's related websites owners to exchange links with Metamorphosis Design.
Here is the linking directory main page url:

Instructions:
1. Find the directory that corresponds to your website theme
2. Add the following code to YOUR page FIRST! If you don't add link to your page the script will not add your website to the link page. Links are checked automatically and manually. Please do not try spaming as it will not work :)
Link: Flash templates and Web templates
Description: Web Templates, Custom Design and a lot of Free Stuff!
3. Add your information to the form on the page. Check if link was added.

1. Your thread here does not indicate a min. PR.
2. Why must the recip link be on the main page of the site linking to you? Yours in category specific pages, which makes sense. This is not listed in your thread either.

Hello wrmineo,
Thank you for your questions.
1) The pagerank requirement was not listed as this offer was posted on several forums and not all forums allow pagerank restrictions for link exchange. If website looks good in terms of topic relevancy (webmasters related) and has clean web design we may accept link exchanges from pages without pagerank.
2) You don't have to put the link back on the main page. The idea is that there need to be a link from your home page to your link pages so that search engines could access pages where you will place link to our website.
