Just created this SEO friendly DIR. It is primary for UK sites, but if your site is non UK, but could be relevant then pls add your URL

Very cool; well done.

I've added my freshdames site as it (dames) seems to resonate more with UK residents that US ... I get a good chunck of hits from the UK, especially Google UK image searches. I'll be adding a few other sites that I have web links on that contain many UK listings .... feel free to add your directory listing over at heres1.com and sitespromoter.com - I'll approve right away.

There is a few categories there (600) so I am going to add some feature with javascript in the add site form to make the process of locating the correct category bit easier

I update URL screenshot from my own computer. I was trying to do with the server script, but the pics weren't the best. Update happens everytime I am online

to be honest - i never asked someone for money for a link or banner - its my pleasure to point to interesting / importants sites.

I have 70 luxury Yachts chartered out to my clients until next November, a hostel on a beach with 420 beds fully booked, a 500 pax restaurant and a 500 pax disco, a travel agency,whatoever, money is not that important anymore, seriously i am looking for Pagerank ;-)

As mentioned before i am the owner of the companies, NOT the webmaster...

By the way your new UK and AU directories are the best script i have seen so far in my life.

Since a couple of days I have here next to me one of the best 85 programmers on this planet, he won two international gold medals and for example www.tattours.com will be soon a database driven site with shopping card, affiliate programm and else...

Hi Heiko

I think you misunderstood me or I did not make myself too clear. A guy wants to add his side wide link to my web dir.

I told him 1000 pounds, because he said that he wants it and he wants to pay. I don't know how much those things cost. In my case money is not so important as well. But he asked for that links few times, so I took a wild guess and said 1000. If I said 20 or 30 what is a point of this transaction?

I would have to place 100 links on my dir just to make a living, and then the dir would look awful.

Anyways I think you know that cash is good but is not the most important thing. I on the other hand like to see your aproach, just exchanging links to sites that we appreciate.

I am not 100% sure, but I think that having duplicate content on to seperate domains can get you banned from google.

Get a second opinion, but I thought I warn you b4 is too late.

There is no duplicate content, www.anzaccove.com redirects to www.anzacday.biz at the moment.

www.anzaccove.com was my discussion forum before, like the http://thorntree.lonelyplanet.com but i closed it down cause not too many people used it.

Even http://www.anzaclanding.com/ and other domains are redirected since 2002 to host www.anzacday.biz - google didnt care about that.

For any example, www.olymposturkmentreehouses.com is the host for about 80 different redirected domain names or something like that, such as www.turkmenpension.com or www.olymposturkmen.com or www.agacevler.com(agac evler means tree house in Turkish) Lots of those domain names are indexed by google.

Until today i was lucky, since i am on the internet google never banned any of my sites or names, and all of them are number one / or on the first page for lots of search results.

How is the Turkey now, must be pretty hot and good for business.

The links from you are already showing on MSN. Actually I come in MSN no 1 for search phrase 'WEB DIRECTORY UK'. My aim is to be number 1 for 'WEB DIRECTORY', but I must be patient, after all it has only been few days.

Google on the other hand takes ages. You did well to rank so well in Google. I should get some professional advice from you, mate :)

i made another upload of Turkmen, your logos are now sidewide online in 4 languages, example:

Its hot in Turkey, about 40 C at daytime and 30 C midnight. We have four more weeks before the high season ends.

Turkmen has in Summer about 800 visitors from diff IP addresses per day, since 1st of June 2005 = 43657 different IP numbers tracked. *lol*

If i have more time i 'll place text-links with title tag for 'WEB DIRECTORY' on olymposyachting, probably it will help you to be no 1 in google.

I have used your "old" logos there.

having a PR 4. Thats funny, heyy ?

I made the changes with homesite 4.0, it does changes on all sites in a second, if the script is simular, i will have to check all pages to make sure you are there.

yes, i came back home last night. I have made a tour by car throughout Turkey, which was very relaxing and gave a lot of new ideas to me.

Google indexed my sites again, www.olymposyachting.com contains right now 10.800 (until last week 4200) pages. I will continue today to add your logos and links.
