Link exchange with PR 5 or 6 PAGES

Looking for link exchanges with PR5 or 6 pages (PR is about pages not sites).

I have a good quality, clean, no pop-up, commercial Indian food site (based in UK) and looking for links with ideally related topic sites. My links page is PR4, this means your link will be worth PR4.

So you'll provide links from a PR4 page but specifically want link back from PR5-6 pages. Good luck.

Just curious...please enlighten me...why would you think that a site would be willing to give you a PR 5 or 6 link in return for a PR4? How is that a fair exchange? Am I missing something here? Are you placing their link on your homepage or paying an additional fee?
