At the moment, all new submissions are marked as featured. All general listings are organized alphabetically but featured listings appear on top of the category or sub-category to which they are submitted. Of course featured listings are also in alphabetical order but they come up first.

Changed some things. Fixed some things that can be confusing in the submission process. If you tried to submit your URL, please try again, make sure to verify the submission.
