I work in Shecy Pearls, We are an very professional pearl jewelry supplier. All our products are pearl jewelry. So we are really doing a niche market.

Here is my biggest problem during my recruiting new affiliates of our program.
I start by focusing on websites about Jewelry,women and Fashion. But I got a huge number of websites on the themes by searching with SE, I can hardly visited everyone. Even if I visited most of them, I just can't tell which one is affiliates, which one is merchant. There are also many jewelry directories, my links will almost be merged by the hundreds and thousands of diamond jewelry stores the second I joined.

What kinds of websites should I target now? How to find the super affiliates? Am i doing in a totally wrong way to recruit affiliates? :(
