I am Colin Bell, the webmaster of a new health website called the Health and Wellness Portalwww.healthandwellnessportal.co.uk
A shameless plug I know ;)

I am a regular visitor to Webproworld, although not a prolific poster. There is a fantastic range of topics to read and follow and, if I'm not careful, can spend too much time browsing when I should be working. At the moment I am learning how to use a database back-end on my site using PHP, mySQL and phpMyAdmin. I am sure I will find what I need here.

There is a forum on my site where anyone can drop by and discuss anything to do with natural health. So, maybe I might see some of you there :)
