I've beeen a member of WebProWorld for some time now (hunegnaw) and we just recently started a social-search site that leverages both tagging and RSS to help simplify the search process. Website owners can post and tag their sites for free.

Additionally, content is kept relevant and fresh by every tag having a 30-day expiration date. The aim of 30DayTags is to leverage the power of people to provide a better search experience.
