Hi. My online name is "Mekhong Kurt," amd I'm web master in a one-man shop running an informational site for foreign tourists and foreign residents about Bangkok, Thailand, where I've lived for just over 9 years.
I have a number of concerns about my site, but will be appreciative of any feedback regarding two concerns in particular. One is the suitability of my fundamental yellow text on a black background, considering that my site is meant to be family-oriented. A Bangkok newspaper reviewed my site in early 2002 and made note that in the writer's opinion the color scheme smacked of a porno site. The second concern is that I do have one photo gallery of go-go dancers, though my then-partner rendered the photos into artistic photographs, with the dancers rather faint outlines against a black background, making identification of individuals virtually impossible. Further, we took no photographs of any dancer without both her top and bottom bikini on, as we didn't want pornographic photos. You can see my basic coor scheme just by looking at
http://BangkokAtoZ.com. To see the photo gallery, go to
http://BangkokAtoZ.com/go-go_gallery.htm (a page which, by the way, retans an older color scheme we used to use -- I simply haven't gotten around to changing a few of the pages yet to the now-dominant scheme).
Of course, I welcome any other adivce or comments about the site anyone feels inspired to offer or make.
Thanks a million!
Sincerely,
Mekhong Kurt, Web Master
