Hello to everyone. I have joined this forum to gain from other members knowledge and experiance. I am relativly new to the industry and have found that there is so much information and mis-information to read and sort into what is relevant and what is not. A minefield is a good analygy. Recently I tested my No1 Page rankings on various search engines and found that there was a substantial drop of 50% in the number of No1 pages. I do not know what could have caused this therefore I can't fix it. Can anyone advise what may have caused this result.
The main drops occured in 1) Alltheweb 2) AltaVista 3) Hotbot(inktomi) 4) Lycos 5) MSN and 6) Yahoo.
