I hope that this thread come on the front page of WebProWorld. I am not afraid and I take the full responsibility for what is written.

1. Background.

You may know that I have surfed the internet since the start and made sites since the end of 2004. I have used these 4 years as a test periode, since I knew it would not be easy to establish a company and related websites. Don't think Norway is always so nice as it looks. See what is happening in Iceland. Aggressiveness, finance cowboys and arroganse is words that is used about the managers in financial institurions. As some of you may know, my problems started at once: DDos attack on my Norwegian site.

That problem was solved, but I have my suspisions. This NorIndex : Emnekatalog - 10 ÅR, 1997-2007 is a relatively well known and respected Norwegian portal where my site MultiFinansIT got a top rating both by the editor of the portal and by visitors. Suddenly, the automatic rating started to decrease over a few days. Then it stopped after it went from a top 10 to a medium rating. I asked the owner of the portal if he could identify the Ip's that had rated may site. He answered that suspiciously many came from Telenor - Bredbånd, mobiltelefoni og telefoni Norways largest ISP. I have had a case with a fully owned daughter company Start Page - Canal Digital NO that you can read more about in a very compact version at the bottom of this Click your way through cyberspace:: DigitalPunkt.no page. Telenor owns the infrastucture / network in Norway. I use a small competitior to TeleNor, NextGenTel - bredbånd og bredbåndstjenester that is known as the most stable ISP in Norway. I have used them since 2003 with 100 % up time exept for three days when there was a problem with Telenors network card. Telenor are related to many bad stories abroad (even deaths) that has been on our main Tv station in the last months.

2. Background.

Inconsistent behavour. The foreign page of this site are fine in FF and Opera, but shows inconsistent behaviour in IE 6.0, still a much used web browser. Sometimes the text are pushed at the bottom of the page, below the right meny. Sometimes it is fine. The problem is what programmers call cyclical, that means that the behoviour is not consistent.

3. My experience with affiliate providers.

Read the story "Pay per static brand link a better solution for professional publishers". I am not sure any longer that the reason that I have got so little payback as a publisher is that of the providers. Telenor should be able to control the interent traffic in Norway. During these 4 years I have not earned a single dollar from Amazon (I know of persons with similar sites as mine that earn some Ad income from Amazon) and I have not got a single gift via PayPal (see donation button in the lower right corner of the two pages on DigitalStart, hvor du starter ditt søk eller din surfing på nettet. ). I have had them on nearly all of my sites and pages. Sometimes the button disappears. Another cyclical problem. Yesterday my son that has a PayPal account tried to make a donation of USD 10. He has never experienced a problem using PayPal before. He could not pay since he was told that there was a problem with his credit card and he had to contact the issuer: Skandiabanken - Forsiden.

4. Google bank account set up.

As explained above, I have not had much income from my Ad providers. Ordinarily my income from Google AdSense is a few dollars a month. Now the pay out limit of 100 is very close, 98 USD. In October I have only earned a few cents. Yesterday I set up my bank account with Google and they would pay me a small amount in the next 10 days to test the account. Hopefully it function since that is my preferred solution. Exellent Google, if it functions.

5. All advice are welcome.

As I wrote in my introduction, I take the full responsibility of what is written. I have very strong indications that Telenor is involved. As I told, they owns the internet infrastructure, so it is no problem for them to execute "man in the middle" or other more advance DDOS attacks. Do you think I should contact (international) police? DnB NOR, another impiled partner that you can read about at the bottom of the site mentioned above is also under investigation for insider trading. There are things going on in Norway that may be worse than on Iceland.

6. Disclaimer.

This story is not written to destroy any brand or hurt any person, but I have to write it here on an international forum, since there are very few people I rely on in Norway in this bad social mood and bear market. Sellers, advisors and companies use any means in their fight to get clients. I can tell you that their prolonged arm goes right into Norwegian court. Nothing surprises me any longer.
