What is Performance Systems International Inc.?

I've placed my site ad on one of my partner's websites. Suddenly I found, from a single IP, that my banner ad got a really high amount of clicks in a very short period of time. Checking the IP details I found out that the IP belongs to a company called Performance Systems International Inc.

Why are they crawling my site ad so frequently? Is it harmful? What do I do?

If you will search for this company name on Google, you will find forums where people have talked about this. Its some bot which crawls website, and generally such bots crawl through website to pick content or email addresses or many time they are developed to increase the clicks on banners, which could be the case with you.

There is nothing to worry about it, its not harmful except for the fact that its un-necessarily increasing the click count of your banner. You can ask your banner to restrict this bot using the robots.txt file of his website.
