Default Hotmail supports scammers

Whenever I get a scam email I always report it to the ISP, all that is apart from hotmail who are consistent in one thing, they will not deal with scammers. Just in case they changed their policy I tried today.

Having alerted hotmail to the fact that mailto:zambezi_africa@hotmail.com is a scammer and they will not close the account, should somebody get defrauded I suppose hotmail is implicated!

Basically an example of the shabby and couldn't care less atittude of email providers (with few exceptions such as yahoo who are excellent) to scammers and spammers.
