We are having a promotion where they go to a particular website page and answer a couple of questions and if they get the answers correct, they get to fill out this form with their address where we mail them a prize. I am drawing a blank on how to create these pages. We have an ecommerce site and had problems with cgi forms. Not sure if I should use radio buttons with multiple choice answers because they might misspell the answers and it will mark it incorrect. Please help ....
