Can anyone throw light on how to get a refund from the Symantec? I have purchased a NAV in Feb.2007, but while reinstalling with correct procedures, Norton says that the key number is locked just because I am reinstalling (ofcourse, on the same single computer/IP). Despite having a validity for 271 days more to go, they refuse to help stating that if it is blocked from the server end, they can't help!
Can anyone help me in solving this problem? I feel a legal point of help would be of more valuable to check this sort of malpractices by the corporates.
