Default suspect email I cannot delete from Outlook

I have a a suspect email that I cannot delete, when I try it crashes outlook. It has the subject line of:
Emailing: Do you recall a man being band from a Internet dating site..


This is the header info (it may have some clues):

Whenever I try deleting it it crashes MS Outlook, both in normal and in safe mode.

I have done full virus scans and adaware etc - nil result.

I just want to get rid of it!!

Ideas anyone???
