Default image security devices to prevent auto registration

does anyone know of a good script that is free or doesn't cost much that has a security image that the user has to type in in order for the form to be processed?

also, how are the algorithms on those things? are they hard to crack?

thnx,
Tim

I found one at http://www.planet-source-code.com/vb...d=739&lngWId=8

It looks pretty freakin' slick to me. I was not aware, before, of the ability to create a new image on the fly using PHP. Hey, I'm learning every day. Hope this helps!

Thanks for the post! I'll see if I can integrate it into my asp site, www.iHomeConnect.com as it is built in ASP. does anyone know if any pre-built ASP scripts or ASP tutorials on this subject. I apologize for not being clearer in my first post.

cheers,
tim
